- Tenant Database Connection Test and AI Model Visibility - Added a database connection test button to tenant setup pages so admins can quickly validate configuration. The AI settings page now also shows the actual model version in use, providing better visibility when deployment names are unclear or outdated.
- Dashboard Report Deep Linking- Dashboard report widgets are now clickable. Selecting a report opens a detailed view with the same date range, making it easier to review and analyze data.
- Bulk Upload for Knowledge Base Files and Documents - Added a bulk upload option that allows multiple files and documents to be uploaded at once. Uploads run in the background with progress guidance, and the system prevents duplicate file issues while validating API key setup.
- First-Time Login Routing - Unauthenticated users are now automatically redirected to a first-time login page, making onboarding clearer and more consistent.
- Guest Idle Timeout Stability - Added safeguards to prevent errors when chats end, improving overall session stability.

Guest Idle Timeout Stability Update
Improved how the system handles guest chat idle timers to prevent errors when sessions end. Added safeguards to avoid conflicts when timers are stopped or disposed, ensuring chat sessions close cleanly without unexpected failures.
Why it matters: Prevents chat interruptions and improves overall reliability of chat sessions for both agents and users.
