Release Notes – February 24th, 2026: FAQ File Reliability Improvements and Dashboard Connection Visibility
We’ve improved FAQ file version reliability to ensure updated documents publish and display correctly, and added enhanced SignalR connection visibility in the dashboard for better real-time awareness and stability.
Overview
FAQ File Versioning Reliability Uploading a new version of an FAQ document now correctly replaces the previous file in the Media Library and updates search indexing as expected.
Dashboard SignalR Connection Visibility A new connection status indicator has been added to the dashboard UI, along with improved reconnection behavior for greater real-time stability.
FAQ File Versioning Reliability
Uploading a replacement FAQ document now properly overwrites the previous version in the Media Library. Search indexing has been aligned to ensure the latest version is used, and browser caching behavior has been improved so recently updated documents display immediately after publishing.
Why it’s useful: Ensures agents and users always see the most current FAQ content without outdated versions lingering in search results or preview displays.

Dashboard SignalR Connection Visibility
A SignalR connection state indicator is now displayed in the dashboard top bar. Reconnection logic has also been refined to reduce repeated failed attempts and improve overall connection stability.
Why it’s useful: Provides clear visibility into real-time connection health and improves reliability for live dashboard updates and chat notifications.
